Trust Visibility Check
AI Visibility for Franchise Systems

Is Your Franchise Showing Up in AI Search, Brand and Locations?

A franchise lives at two levels in AI search: the corporate brand, and every individual location. A strong brand does not guarantee a strong location. Check how AI sees your main site, or a single owner's microsite, with the local piece weighted the way it should be.

AI Reads Your Brand and Your Locations Differently

The same six pillars apply at both levels, but a location lives or dies on its local presence. Enter whichever you want to evaluate.

Brand Level

Your corporate site

Enter your main domain (for example, yourbrand.com). The check reads how clearly AI understands the brand: what you do, how consistent the identity is across the network, and how credibly you present.

Best for: corporate marketing teams measuring brand-level AI visibility.

Location Level

A single owner's microsite

Enter the exact location URL, including the full path if it is a page like yourbrand.com/locations/your-city. The check evaluates that specific page, with local presence weighted as a first-class signal.

Best for: franchise owners who want to know how AI sees their location.

Why the Local Piece Decides It

A Strong Brand Doesn't Carry a Weak Location

When a customer asks AI for a service near them, the answer is local. The location AI recommends is the one whose local signals it can read and trust.

Each location is its own entity. Its Google Business Profile, address, phone, hours, and LocalBusiness schema are what tie it to the area it serves. AI judges the location on those, not on the strength of the parent brand.

Microsites are often thin. Many location pages inherit a template but never state the city, services, and local proof clearly enough for AI to recommend them with confidence.

Network inconsistency hurts everyone. When location name, address, and phone disagree across the corporate site, Google, and directories, AI trusts the whole network less.

Reviews per location matter. Local reviews are a primary trust signal. If they are not visible and machine-readable, AI cannot factor them into a recommendation.

Corporate gets

A brand-level read on AI visibility, and a repeatable way to check every location's microsite to find the weak ones.

Owners get

A location-specific score and the single highest-impact fix, so they know exactly what to strengthen on their own page.

On ratings, honestly

A Google rating measures customer satisfaction. It is never an AI visibility score. We report the two separately: your live per-location Google rating and reviews are reviewed in the full evaluation through Digilu.

What Your Free Check Covers

Tip for owners: paste your full location URL, for example yourbrand.com/locations/your-city, and add your city so the local signals are scored.

Questions

Franchises and AI Search

Yes, and it recommends them locally. When someone asks for a service near them, AI names the specific location whose local signals it can read and trust: its Google Business Profile, address, reviews, and LocalBusiness schema. A strong corporate brand does not guarantee a strong location.

Each location microsite is judged on its own local presence. A location with a complete profile, clear city and service language, and machine-readable reviews can be recommended while a sibling location two towns over is invisible, even under the same brand.

At the brand level, common gaps are vague positioning and weak structured data. At the location level, microsites are often thin: they inherit a template but never state the city, services, and local proof clearly enough for AI to recommend them with confidence.

SEO tends to focus on ranking the corporate domain. AI visibility, also called GEO or AEO, measures whether each location gets named inside a local AI answer. The brand can rank nationally while individual locations lose the local recommendation.

Yes. Enter the full URL of an individual location page or microsite and the check scores that location's own signals. You can run the corporate brand and an owner's location separately to compare them.

Consistency across every location's website, Google Business Profile, and directories is what tells AI each location is one real, trustworthy entity tied to a known brand. Mismatched names, addresses, or phone numbers lower confidence at exactly the local level where the recommendation is made.

Yes. Local review volume, rating, and recency are read per location, and reviews that are machine-readable on the location page reinforce them. Corporate reviews do not substitute for thin or missing reviews at a specific location.
